Is your right of withdrawal still valid?<\/h4>

Please note that your contract can only be revoked if you did not wish the order to be executed before the end of the statutory revocation period for consumers when placing your order and your right of revocation, which you have noted in the revocation instructions, has expired through the complete fulfillment of the contract (provision of the software).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity.<\/p>\n

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day.<\/p>\n

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (devowl.io GmbH, Tannet 12, 94539 Grafling, Germany, phone: +49 991 20098959, email: support@devowl.io<\/a>) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.<\/p>\n

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n

Effects of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.<\/p>\n

Lapse of the right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have commenced performance of the contract after you have expressly agreed that we shall commence performance of the contract before the end of the revocation period and you have confirmed to us your knowledge that you will lose your right of revocation by giving your consent to commence performance of the contract.<\/p>\n

Sie k\u00f6nnen daf\u00fcr das beigef\u00fcgte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.<\/p>\n

Folgen des Widerrufs<\/h3>\n
