Max. installations reached: The limit for the amount of sites the theme/plugin can be enabled on has been reached.

You try to activate your license of e.g. Real Media Library, but you get the following error message?

The limit for the amount of sites the theme/plugin can be enabled on has been reached.

This means that you have already used the entered license key on a WordPress installation. According to the Envato Regular License under which you purchased the WordPress plugin, you need one license per WordPress website.

Solution: Deactivate license or purchase an additional license

You have three options to solve this problem:

  1. Deactivate license in old WordPress website: Log into your previous WordPress installations and navigate to “Plugins” in the backend. Find the appropriate plugin in the list of plugins. There, open the “License Settings” and you can deactivate the license. Attention: Once you have deactivated the license, you will no longer receive updates for the plugin on this WordPress website, and we will not be able to provide support for the use of the plugin on this website.
  2. Let support deactivate the license: You can’t access your old WordPress installation anymore? That shouldn’t be a problem. Please open a support ticket with your license key, and we deactivate the license for you.
  3. Purchase new license: If you want to use one of our plugins on an additional website, you can always purchase another license.
